Job Description

Performance Responsibilities

Handle overall P&L responsibility for the clients/ accounts serviced
Grow the account/ relationship organically via strong performance
Achieve targeted revenue and focus on BD as per forecasting by the Executive Management
Analyze variances in delivery/ procedures and recommend/ implement corrective action
Maintain Strong Interpersonal Skills both within and outside the organization
Effectively communicate campaign expectations to team members and stake holders for better performance
Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired
Calculate sourcing, transaction and compliance level with accordance to company goals and business standards Results/ Insight
- Stakeholder Management in cross cultural context
- Additional sourcing and category management with regard to organizational objectives
- Developing the Team to take up metrics management and introduce root cause analysis embedded in the system for any deviations
- Hands on experience on business development and client acquisition
- Should hold valid passport and be willing to travel Qualifications
  - Graduate with minimum 10 years of BPO operations experience with 6 years in hardcore inbound operations.
  - Managed a team size 0f 100-150 employees ,
