1) Define IT Service Delivery policies & procedures in compliance with pre-defined standards and stipulations. 2) Analyze existing processes, identify gaps & ensure continous improvements for streamlining the processes. Propose automation to avoid the manual intervention wherever possible. 3) Define the guidelines and SLAs for maintaining Service Delivery standards for the Help Desk Operations. Monitor Help Desk activities centrally & ensure timely closures of IT tickets. 4) Manage regional IT SPOCs for co-ordinating IT compliance requirements to ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
