Join us and start doing your lifes best work.(sm)Engineering Manager (Full Stack Developer) with experience belongs to Self-Organizing and Cross Functional development team and is able to convert sprint backlog items to shippable product. He collectively owns end to end responsibility for Eligibility scrum teams for portal/onine applications. Works independently under limited supervision. Possess skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop application solutions.Primary Responsibilities:

• Management, Requirements Elicitation & Understanding:

- Build and manage relationship with Product teams, Business teams, other stakeholders - Drive execution excellence and evangelize improvements on Agile principles - Manage team drive effective processes, design and coding standards for software development - Leverage various teams and resources as necessary to maximize efficiency - Track organizational metrics and productivity of the team closely and implement continuous productivity/quality improvements - Analyze system requirements and map to specific components/libraries - Define, understand and be able to analyze the non-functional requirements of the project - Develop Engineering roadmap for product and obtain buy-in - Build and environment of innovation within team and encourage lateral thinking - Report progress at multiple levels

• Architecture & Design:

- Be able to envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it - Understand various disparate views of the system - Design and develop the framework of the system and be able to explain choices made. Also write and review design document explaining overall architecture, framework and high level design of the application - Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it - Be able to define in-scope, out-of-scope and taken assumptions while creating effort estimates - Be able to identify and integrate well over all integration points in context of a project as well as other applications in the environment

• Coding:

- Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation. - Do required POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

• Review:

- Review architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., against a predefined checklist and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed - Be able to give solution to any issue that is raised during code/design review and be able to justify the decision taken

• Troubleshooting:

- Possess/acquire strong troubleshooting skills and be interested in performing troubleshooting of issues in different desperate technologies and environments - Be able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios - Be able to help teams in complex and unusual bugs and troubleshooting scenarios

Required Qualifications:

• B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA
• 14+ years of IT experience
• Agile:

- Experience of managing development delivery in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban - Worked on or managed teams using full in-sprint automation or ATDD methodologies - Common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same - Security scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. HP Fortify, Whitehat, Webinspect)

• Database: Working experience of database (SQL or PL/SQL), very good understand of Big Data, NoSQL/Flat Database
• API/Web Services: 4+ year working experience in Web Services / API, REST Architecture etc.
• DevOps:

- 4+ years of working experience in set up or maintenance of CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation) - 4+ years of working experience of software configuration management and packaging - 4+ years of experience in using automated deployment and release management tools such as XL Deploy, XL Release, and Jenkins - 4+ years of working knowledge of build tools such as Maven/Gradle

• Cloud:

- 4+ years of working experience in Multitenant Cloud application development/micro-services architecture and deployments - Experience of at least one application migration to Cloud platform: - Red Hat OpenShift - Kubernetes (not specific to any one cloud service provider) - Amazon Web Services - Microsoft Azure - Google Cloud Platform

• Open Source:

- Familiarity with open source technologies at all levels of application architecture - Experience of at least one or more open source component migration from licensed product to Opensource technology

• Experience in multiple application and web servers (Example: For J2EE tech stack, look for JBoss/Tomcat/WebSphere)
• Java, Springboot
• Product/Project/Program Related Tech Stack:

- Front End: ReactJS, Angular - Back End: MongoDB, RDBMS, No SQL - Middleware: APIs - Testing: Basic idea of ATDD, automation tools (Selenium, LeanFT), Unit testing tools etc. - DevOps: GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Maven, pipeline building for CI/CD - Others: Kafka Streaming, Cloud technologies - Development Methodology/Engineering Practices: Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN/SAFe)

• Good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns
• Ability to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multiple application and web servers (NodeJs/Nginx/Tomcat/JBoss)

• Hands-on experience of NOSql like MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, Redis, etc.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Security Policy as Code, User Management as Code, Everything as Code (EAC)

• Experience with tools like Chef, puppet, or Scripting knowledge of Terraform

• Experience in Healthcare or Insurance industries

• Ability to contribute to one or more technical forums related to an open source technology

• Good understanding on Performance tuning
