Inter location / site transfer of materials from and to all sites. Central site store area finalization and organisation of stores from time to time Recognition Allocation of non- moving stock in discussion with management Organize meeting, conferences for site stores. Conducting stores interviews in coordination with the hr dept. Induction training and confirmation evaluation of new joinees in the dept. Conducting site- wise stores audit internally or externally Material reconciliation for all sites and report submission Implementation of departmental SOPs for site stores.
