Manager- Infrastructure Advisory for A leading Infrastructure Development Company for Kolkata Location 9th Nov 2016 Purpose of the Role: To work as consulting Engineer in various Municipal infrastructure projects Conducting Field Investigations, Surveys & Studies; Site AnalysisPreparation of schematic design and drawings and cost estimatesReview of drawings prepared by architectsFormulation of technical specifications and bill of quantitiesPreparation of Detailed Project ReportsReview of drawings/ designs/ cost estimates and reports submitted by the sub- consultantsProject Management Consultancy during implementationAssistance in project appraisalPlanning, Design & estimatesDetailed Project Reports/ Project Information MemorandumProviding all required technical inputs for projects Desired Candidate Profile: Hands- on experience of preparation of Detailed Project Reports for various infrastructure projects and Project Management Consultancy (PMC).B.E. (Civil) preferably with Masters in Civil/ Structural/ Planning/ Environment7- 10 yrs of relevant experienceHand on experience on Urban Infrastructure Projects (City Development Planning/ Municipal Infrastructure Projects like water supply, storm water drainage, sewerage, solid waste management, etc. core Infrastructure projects/ Tourism Infrastructure Development projects)Should be conversant with design principles and standardsShould be conversant with applicable development regulations and provisionsShould have hands on experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities and Detailed Project Reports, Project Information Memorandum for infra projects independentlyShould have hands on experience of working on AutoCADShould provide all required technical inputs for projects structured on PPP formatsShould have good communication, report writing skill and presentation ability,
