Our strategy recognises that data is one of our key differentiators, so we have created a dedicated Global Data & Analytics organisation that will enable us to holistically mature our data & analytics capabilities by: Achieve data excellence with robust master data management: Improve our data foundations through standardised data management and data integration platforms, orchestrated through comprehensive end-to-end data governance of data policies and controls to ensure our data assets are well defined, of good quality, secure, and used effectively. Have an agile data and analytics platform: Enterprise-wide data & analytics platform to democratize data and create strong end-to-end processes & products. Offer differentiating data products for our employees, customers and partners: Data products supporting better data-driven decisions internally and supporting customers in optimizing their supply chains, through increasingly sophisticated AI, machine-learning and data science capabilities. Enable next-level self-serve capabilities: Data & analytics becomes fully embedded in business operations through data democratization and analytics-as-a-service. Attract, develop and retain top data-and-analytics talent: We need to be able to attract, develop and retain top-talent as human capital is the key part of the value-equation in data & analytics APM Terminals The Maersk group operates one of the most comprehensive marine container terminals networks in the world, under the brand of APM Terminals, with over 20,000 employees operating 76 terminals in 36 countries and growing. APM Terminals plays a critical role in enabling the global Maersk Ocean and Logistics network as well as serving other Shipping Lines, Beneficial Cargo Owners, Freight Forwards and Logistics Provider customer across our global network of import and export gateway terminals. In support of the broader Maersk strategy, we are accelerating the transformation of our business from a portfolio of independently operated terminals, into a global terminals operator. This transformation will enabled by an ambitious programme of investment to automate and optimise our terminal operations, through our global asset digitisation and IoT platforms that will leverage real-time data and advanced analytics from our terminal equipment to optimise asset reliability, availability, and utilisation as well as optimise end-to-end operations (across Maersk) and bring added-value products and services to our customers. We are also standardising our processes through the implementation of a number of global Finance, Procurement, Maintenance & Repair, Terminal Operating System, and Customer Care platforms as well as introducing improved, digitally-enabled, customer-facing capabilities across gate solutions, customer self-service, eCommerce, and data products & services. Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions across Master Data, Data Enrichment, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Catalogue across APM Terminals. Hands on delivery of complex MDM and data enrichment solutions. Work with cross-functional teams across Data Excellence, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics Product Delivery, Data Integration, and Business Platform/ Product Owners to define and execute the integrated APM Terminals data & analytics roadmap and actively contribute to MDM and Data governance best practices to provide high quality, fit for purpose data, across a wide array of use cases, delivery channels, and complex technology landscape Build and manage the APM Terminals MDM Delivery Team of Solution Data Architecture and Data Engineers. Providing ongoing career development and coaching. Actively promote a data-driven culture across the enterprise. Effectively engage and build relationships across APM Terminals and the wider Maersk Data & Analytics communities and stakeholders.Show More We are looking forLead and implement technology solutions across Master Data, Data Enrichment, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Catalogue across APM Terminals. Practical delivery leadership in data integration tools (Talend, Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS, or other AI/ML based mastering technologies). Experience and leadership in master data management and data enrichment engineering & associated tools (Profisee, IBM, Informatica, Talend, TAMR, Robotic Process Automation, etc.) Must have a technical background and be able to lead delivery of required data integration, data modelling, MDM workflow, etc through a first-hand understanding of the work A deep understanding of data lifecycle (data profiling, data quality, master data management, data warehouses/marts/staging/ODS). Demonstrable knowledge of MDM, Data practices, business and technology issues related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection Experience working in a highly complex business environment with exposure to both centralised and federated governance models.
