Job Description

The Mine Manger is a key member of the Mine leadership team and reports directly to the sites General Manager. This position is responsible for managing, planning, organizing, and directing all activities, systems, processes during well drilling and wellfield construction, and the companys copper producing efforts during regular operations.Responsibilities:

  • Must be a proven self-starter and logical problem solver who actively seeks out opportunities to mitigate problems, optimize and enact solutions and is comfortable and capable of functioning and leading in a dynamic environment
  • Must be a multi-tasker who prioritizes activities both for self and the team, including project planning requiring resourcing and cooperation across departments
  • Will lead and direct the activities of the Wellfield team to ensure required manpower, equipment and other resources are available as and when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct construction project from beginning to end
  • Successfully manages the project ensuring that project goals are met in accordance with established budgets and schedules as expected by the owner / EPCM.
  • Accountable for all of the companys operations compliance with regulations, including occupational health, safety and environment
  • Ensures that all project team employees in the workplace take responsibility for aspects of Occupational Health and Safety over which they have control, including adherence to all Occupational Health and
