Job Description

Who you are: As MS Exchange Administrator, you are responsible for system administration, incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis incident, problem, change and configuration management, service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.   • Participate in all aspects of the Messaging environment, which includes project planning, requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support
  • Closely work with authorities and end users to ensure efficient delivery and governance of messaging services
  • Utilize working knowledge of Clustering and other high availability technologies for incidence resolutions
  • Design, deploy, and solve problems related to Exchange 2016 and Office 365 hybrid environment
  • Perform issue resolutions in Windows Server operating systems (Windows 2000, 2003, 2008), along with performance monitoring and tuning
