  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1, Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration of the corporate WAN, LAN and Public Cloud network security 2, This individual will also be responsible for implementation and administration of network security hardware and software, enforcing the network security policy 3, complying with requirements of external security audits and recommendations 4, Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices and technologies
      • Technical Experience : 1 Performing analysis of network needs and contribution to design and installation of hardware and software on routing and switching 2 Analyses, troubleshoot network problems 3 Hands-on exp EIGRP BGP routing Protocol and switching technology 4 Ability to create standard configurations on citrix Netscaler, APC and MPX 5 Config of Local Traffic Policy 6 Deploy SSL Certificate 7 Configure standard config for wireless 8 Cisco Prime Config/troubleshoot 9 Work with managed service providers/carriers
      • Professional Attributes : 1, 8 to 10 years of experience 2, Proficient in working with high availability environment 3, Alignment to process ITIL 4, Good communication skill 5, Self-motivated and eager to learn 6, Good team player with good interpersonal skill
