Job Description

The infrastructure running industries likes transportation, energy, insurance, banking or healthcare is quickly changing as the world s relationship with technology evolves. Our Infrastructure Architects are responsible for keeping up with the latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products. As Network Administrator, you will play a key role in the deployment, configuration, and management of our firewall and VPN infrastructure. Responsibilities:

  • Providing last level technical support for complex problems in an operational environment.
  • Recommending alternative solutions, priorities, systems hardware/software, design changes and improvements.
  • Performing off-hours work to support customer changes.
  • Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
  • Updates data servers and network equipment.
  • Collaborates with network architects on network optimization.
  • Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Network problems.
  • Managing problems to resolution using defined process flow.
  • Implementing changes using defined change management protocol.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Maintain CMDB Inventory in Service-Now.
  • Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
  • 10+ years extensive experience / knowledge of R&S, Wireless, Optimization and in load balancing worked in complex environment including various products, aware of SBM and enterprise scenarios.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting DC environment incidents
  • In-depth Knowledge of Network protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting network problems and Switching issues
  • Hands-on experience in -ACI, F5, Riverbed, Infoblox, DNS, DHCP
  • Expertise in SolarWinds tool.
  • SD-WAN Viptela Experience.
  • Experience in P1 / P0 Troubleshooting customer.
