- Mapping Administrative need for each function and create a support calendar- Responsible for identifying and setting up new office, new YDTC centers as per the guidelines of Bright Future.- Be the Point of contact for all new lease agreements- Ensure that all agreements are renewed on time for all our office/centres and are properly maintained with the necessary copies kept with required departments (admin, finance etc.)- Manage the facilities for Head office and all its centres by ensuring that offices/centres are kept clean by the housekeeping staff and make sure the necessary checks are in place- Ensure that housekeeping attendance is checked and sent to HR for salary process with required approval- Schedule and manage maintenance, repairs etc. across organization- Ensure the AMCs are in place for all centers and HO- Ensure monthly audits for assets carried out and submitted to Head - People
