Job Responsibilities: Provide strategic & operational leadership of Century CFS Commercial fleet. Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to trailers. Prioritize and assign work to meet customers needs Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of companys assets Control repair, inventory, and labor costs Coach and mentor technicians Monitor associate work levels. Improve the operational performance of the fleet, whilst minimizing the operative downtime. Comply with the fleet & traffic statutory regulations. Budget management of fleet repairs, on costs and administrative costs, recognizing the need of value for money in compliance with Financial Regulations. Maximize fuel economy and manage the fuel usage. Implement, maintain and develop policies and processes to ensure fleet operates effectively and efficiently, educating staff with the industrys concepts, practices and procedures. Create a suite of measures to show continuous improvement throughout all areas of RFT Fleet Management. Manage facilities, assuring a clean and safe working environment. Required: Strong customer service and organizational skills required Valid drivers license required Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred. Minimum 5 years of fleet management experience. Excellent Communication Skills. ,
