The QHSE Executive will have the responsibility to ensure a continued process of improvement in the standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. To provide direction and guidance to employees on QHSE issues within the workplace. To maintain and regularly review all related documentation inline with legal requirements. Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the system. To issue updates and ensure documentation is easily available to all personnel, as well as provide training as and when required. Quality and safety awareness to employees is a vital part of the role of the QHSE. Expected to lead by example and to promote best practice at all times with regards to safety at work in all areas. As the QHSE Superintendent you will be required to devise the companys QHSE plan and ensure its implementation. Required to attend/organize regional meetings to exchange ideas and best practice with fellow staff.Required Candidate profileShould be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management, NABL and ISO 17020 and QHSEcompliance process.Expected to train the group of staff.Should have man management skills and can also operate as a team player.Potential to work under pressure and so it is important that the person remain cool and calm and support and lead the staff at difficult times.Good interpersonal and presentational skills and be able to build relationships with external partners.The ability to be able to problem solve, interpret complex issues and motivate others to work to the best of their ability is essential.Be computer literate with Microsoft Office to a proficient level with good typing skills.Graduate in Sciences.
