JOB PURPOSE: To strengthen the After Sales Support to Pumps BU, we intend to set up Customer Care Team at regional offices to start with and Authorized Service Centers network in the key markets across India. JOB RESPONSIBILITY a. Primary Responsibility Set up Service Network to establish effective service operations to support sales of Pumps BU Manage Operations across the region / branch, Plan & Execute Strategies to reduce TAT for Service Training to Service Technicians & team members of Authorized Service Franchise Ensure Spare Parts Availability so as to reduce product Replacements Defective Stock Management, Training to Authorized Service Franchise b.
