  • Perform basic investigation and troubleshooting of the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform offering and additional layered offerings to find resolutions for technical issues
  • Gather information for each bug and provide analysis to fully understand the issue
  • Propose and discuss fixes or workarounds and provide advice to educate customers
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support management teams to prioritize customer requests
  • Collaborate with vendor Red Hat
  • Good understanding of Linux, UNIX, and open source ( Operating System administration experience)
  • Red Hat OpenShift Administration Certified or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of networking, filesystem, and UNIX-like services and concepts
  • Good understanding of Ansible/Yaml, deployment experience will be preferred
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, WMware Open vSwitch and Git
