Main purpose of the job and key background information :General Operations & ManagementWorking with Operations leader to manage operations for Risk AssuranceWorking with OU leaders to manage their non client needs (reporting/dashboarding, compliance management, etc.)Co-ordination with all internal and external departments like HC, Recruitment, Global Mobility, IT, Training, Compliance team , Finance etc to gather information and execute business operationsProject management of key RA projectsOversee budgeting, planning, and auditingReportingPreparing various operations statistics and dashboards showcasing demand supply fulfilment, recruitment progress, utilization, future project releases, work in pipeline, revenue targets and actuals, revenue leakages and fixation, training etcLiasioning with the leadership team to prepare various presentations and reports using power point and excel for decision making and governanceManage data of all databases and ensure accuracy & integrityUnderstand Human Capital metrics, employee relations, strategies, goals Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging human capital technology trends and processes and innovate the existing human capital toolsPreparing MOMs for all important meetingsForecasting & HiringCollaborate with Business Leaders to set the plan and forecast for the fiscal yearPartner with Hiring Managers on hiring strategies & processes helping to have a desired pool of resources for staffing in terms of headcount, skills, grade and location within the specified timelinesInternal Staffing & UtilizationOptimal utilization of available resources. Includes forecasting, planning and allocation of resources to projects on timeMapping the available resources with the future pipeline of demands. Identify the gap for hiringKeeping tab on future releases from projects to plan for future demands. The gap to be analyzed for hiringAnalyze the gaps and work with business to mitigate the excess supply, shortage and various other risks of staffingPartnering with other business units on resource availability and demand situation to collaborate and share resources to cater to business need on daily basisAnalyze utilization of resources on a regular basis. Have connects with Team Managers on variance, if anyAnalyze the trends in utilization and provide suggestions/feedback to businessIdentify revenue fulfilment and leakages in terms of resource fulfilment or gaps Using Talent tools and processes needed for all staffing activitiesManage contractors and interns and their related necessary formalitiesWorking with global mobility teams to deploy long term or short term Work with Centers Of Excellence (COE) for deployment of resourcesTrainingSuggest and facilitate cross and up skilling of resources based on business needs, considering individual development needs as well as career interests and prior experiencesOther InitiativesHelp in development of PMO/ Operations tool or dashboard by requirement gathering and business analysisDrive R&R, diversity initiatives, etcRequirements: (3 - 13 years experience)
