  • In-depth knowledge on IBM ICM / Varicent tool (version 9 and above)
  • Knowledge on Varicent version upgrade
  • Should be able to build Calculations, Presenter reports, Web forms and other Varicent components.
  • Must have involved in requirement gathering sessions / workshops.
  • Expertise in creating the design documents.
  • Should be able to design solutions for complex compensation plans.
Responsibilities:
  1. Handle Client interactions, involve in requirement gathering sessions.
  2. Work on Varicent components end to end implementation.
