  • Should have good exposure in selling IT Software Services to potential International clients preferably ERP selling experience, qualifying & pursuing potential opportunities through calling , online research & Webinar campaigns
  • Experience n solution sales like Apps, Projects, Oracles. Dot net.
  • Candidate with experience in Tenders & Bidding.
  • Candidate must be from the Business solution or Business sales consulting
  • Not from Body shopping background.
  • Must have worked on at least half a million ticket size.
  • Must be working as Assistant or Manager Level.
Job description:
  • Responsible for sales calling
  • Defines quota for each Sales Representative jointly with Client
  • Forecasting
  • Closure as per given Quota
  • Generates ideas and defines strategies to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals
  • Implements Clients Sales Model for opportunity management
  • Defines, executes, analyzes and reports daily operation
  • Serves as communication channel between Sales Head and Client
  • Participates in periodic meetings and conference calls with Client to follow up business and define action plans
  • Presents results to his superiors, including business analysis of highlights and lowlights and action plan to exceed goals
  • Responsible for building a strong network / relationship with clients (especially international).
  • Should have skills to aid in proposals, power-point presentation & documentation.
  • Follow ups with prospects on regular basis.
  • Able to follow sales life-cycle and open up new leads on regular basis.
  • Act as a Individual contributor carrying Opportunity and Order Booking Target
  • Ensure the sales qualified BANT criteria is met Roles and Responsibilities
