Ability to travel as needed., *CX - Lead Role Lead Consultant is an individual contributor directly involved in customer implementations. As a senior member in the team, you would be responsible for providing inputs to feasibility of a solution and proposing solutions that are scalable. Lead consultant will also be overall responsible for teams delivery quality on project. Lead consultant would advise PM on the engagement with inputs on any issues faced during implementation.Responsibilities - Very strong technical consultant who can Provide Functional/Technical Leadership to CX Engagements - Provide Solution for customizations/integration in CX - Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution - Gather functional/technical requirements in CRM-CX - Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels - Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption - Guide junior team-member in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is as per the best practices - Follow the project through to the successful adoption of the solution - Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence - Design and implement robust systems and processes, running an efficient and organized operation - Undertakes complex analysis and traces performance implications through complex data, or in dealing with complex situations - Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements - Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis - Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures - Work with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the job done - Picking new areas/product feature/technologies evolving in Oracle CloudRequired Skills: - Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Application - 10+ years of work IT experience in at least 3 of the following products EBS CRM/Siebel/Sales(Engagement) Cloud/Service Cloud/CPQ/OPA/Field Service/Marketing Cloud/Middleware based integrations. - For EBS CRM consultants - knowledge of iSupport, TeleService, Service Contracts, Installed Base, Depot Rapair, Field Service, Mobile Field Service a must. - For Siebel consulants - knowledge of Service Management/Order Management/Case Management/Field Service Management/Sales Management a must - Strong CRM domain knowledge. Knowledge of ERP applications a plus - Experience of integration between CX and non CX/third party applications using OIC/SOA/ODI. - Strong knowledge in at least 3 industries. - Strong pre-sales knowledge. - Should be able to liase with the different groups (support, development etc) - Excellent Client handling skills - Should have handled atleast one project involving complex UI customization, Complex integrations and High Volume Data Migration - Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, Technical documentationOther Skills: - Good communication skills - Ability to thrive in a flexible small project team environment - Ability to travel and if required be stationed in a particular geography - Understanding of remote delivery process - Should be a team player and must have good inter personal skills.
