Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline* Experience : 2 - 5 years (as Outbound Sales Manager)* Shift : Fixed Day Shift (10 am - 6:30 pm)* Working Days :6 days in a week (1 rotational week off ) * Job location: Sector- 5, Salt Lake, Kolkata.Responsibilities and Duties: - Team Management of outbound sales team, Dialer Management, Listening to recorded calls outbound sales executives, Creating daily reports, drive sales and sending to the Director on a daily basis. Marking attendance and scheduling rooster on weekly basis. Recruit, mentor and develop outbound sales agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment. Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission. Achieve the target through outbound executives by encouraging them to bring customers to deposit for the online platform. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Proven working experience as a Outbound Sales Manager for 2- 5 years in any International BPO. Experience in providing Outbound Sales service support. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques. Proficiency in English & Hindi both. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools. Strong client- facing and communication skills. Customer service orientation. ,
