Responsibilities:Building test automation frameworks for complex web applications with emphasis on mobile device automationExpertise utilizing HP Load RunnerBuilding test automation frameworks for API and database platformsLeading and managing automation team with hands-on technical leadershipMentoring automation team in building and maintaining high quality automation frameworksCoordinating, leading and actively participating in all quality engineering projects, including technical requirements gathering, resource allocation, design and documentation, scheduling, development, implementation, task tracking and status reportingCollaborating closely with QA Director/Lead in LACollaborating closely and regularly with the other teams, including Product Development, Project Management, Applications and Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Customer ServiceDesigning, developing and maintaining test automation strategy, architecture and code, and leading other test automation engineers by exampleCreating, reviewing and updating technical documentation for projects including: test strategies, test plans, and test casesResearching, evaluating, testing, deploying, and maintaining quality engineering tools and utilities.Location of posting is driven by business needs and the role fitment shall be subject to the experience level and technical, feedback.Excellent communication skillsReady to work in 24X7 support modelProfessional Attributes:A: Talent should have good communication skills B: Talent should have good leadership skill and should be able to mentor the new joiners in the team.
