Job Description

  • Attend service calls and preventive maintenance visits for AMC/ARC as per customer requirement, adherence to set (OHS & site) guidelines.
  • Should understand the techno-commercial terms and condition and the scope of work for end to end order execution.
  • Analyze and determine the necessary repair or replacement of equipment at site.
  • Execute maintenance activities as per the customer requirement in consultation with the manager.
  • Assist the LBU in collection of payments/ resolving commercial issues related to the contract
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved through attending service calls and trouble shooting at site.
  • Prepare periodic reports (like customer feedback reports, service reports & technical reports) and update the relevant stakeholders.
