Job Description

Andovar is a rapidly growing translation and localization services provider offering a full range of language and communication services. We serve clients from all over the world who need to internationalize their products and services for multilingual markets. We are seeking to hire an Account Executive to serve in our Kolkata office.Job responsibilities include preparation of client quotations and estimates using analyses and estimates prepared by production departments. You will be working with sales, project management, multimedia and audio departments to formulate client quotations, typically in tight turnaround times of perhaps a few hours.Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to client requests for new project initiatives. Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates.
  • Grow existing client relationships through service and technology lead development.
  • Take a proactive role in learning about clients industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities and providing a high level of service.
  • Set and fulfil client expectations.
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required.

What we need:
  • Very good spoken and written English.
  • One-year work experience.
  • Highly organized and analytic mindset. Quotations are binding so must be correct and without errors.
  • Above average Excel skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and IT, familiarity with web, mobile apps, multimedia.
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new skills, especially computer skills.
