Job Description

    • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for analyzing whether merchants are meeting their gross margin profitability objectives.
    • Conduct quarterly analysis of non-performing merchant information, and distribute to appropriate groups for review/correction.
    • Monitoring of overall portfolio profitability via system queries to identify any billing issues that may be impacting profitability.
    • Review/payment approval of miscellaneous invoices related to merchant processing.
    • Identification and development of reporting tools for regional servicing teams to assist with QC work. Updating of pricing via the maintenance of Exhibit E documentation, TSYS BETs tables, Passport fee rules, debit network fees, etc.
    • Handling of pricing escalations from regional servicing teams, sales, and other teams.
    • Help identify pricing system impacts for new products and services.
