Do it here.What you ll be doing.As a Principal Engineer (Full stack) you will providing solutions with an in-depth knowledge to complex problems and architect the solutions for the technology transformation programs in customer contact center web application at Verizon. This application has the capability to help front line agents to manage customer accounts & support all customer requirements by providing personalized and institutive experience by leveraging customer journeys & insights. This application will typically get implemented on premise as well in cloud depending upon the transactions
• Will be part of a globally distributed teams, focusing on a range of strategic and hands on responsibilities delivering solutions working with highly talented pool of resources and will be given a large amount of creative control and autonomy.
• Working with senior stakeholders, you are expected to Architect the solutions and deliver by self/with the help of a team and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders through the roadmap for the cutting edge futuristic enterprise wide architecture.
• You will be architect the solutions for web applications which is responsive for desktop/ tablet/ Mobile using technologies of Java, React JS, spring reactive & Micro services.
• Providing guidance and direction on architecture standards and technologies for enabling systems performance qualities for service reliability, availability, scalability, security, and supportability.
• Assessing, and designing Cloud architecture and security governance and help drive process improvements.
• Supporting requests from IT / Business leadership teams to provide estimates and strategies for North Star application migration and integration of additional offerings based on the row and develop Cloud solutions that support business goals, working across business and technical teams as appropriate.
• Work closely with the business team and other internal IT teams to deliver the solutions and provide executive summary with appropriate metrics.
• Come-up with ideas to transform the way we work to improve the experience both agents & customers.
• Mentoring/Guiding one to two members in the team on technical aspects, on need basis.
Where youll be working.This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.What we re looking for.You have strong technical skills, and eager to work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive solutions to the complex business problems and architect the solutions is something you flourish. You work independently and are always willing to learn new technologies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to interact with various stakeholders and cross functional teams to implement business solutions.Youll need to have:
• Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in React JS/ Ext JS/JQuery.
• Experience with Microservices development using Spring Boot, Spring React, Reactive Programming, Core Java and other latest technologies.
• Certified AWS cloud & Dockers.
• Experience in Logging & Monitoring technologies like: ELK, Redshift & Grafana, sitecatalyst.
• Experience migrating monolithic applications to micro services architectures/Cloud.
• Experience in SQL, PL/SQL in Oracle.
• Experience in developing production metrics, effective tools for application performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of implementing AWS/EKS including Infrastructure and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of Scrum or similar Agile methodologies.

• Experience of working in AWS/EKS & K8 platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in caching technologies like Redis.
• Problem solving, analytical, and research capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience presenting to and influencing functional leaders and stakeholders.
• Worked effectively independently and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Worked with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
