Job Description

1. Hardware and Networking-Knowledge on Server Hardware - Multiple Vendors, Remote Management Tools, Software & Hardware Raid, Technical understanding on network topologies & devices 2. OS 20 Server-Knowledge on Windows OS platforms, configuration of different roles - Domain, WINS, DNS, DHCP, IIS. Knowledge of - Disk & Storage, File & Print Server, Technical understanding of Raid Configuration, NTFS Permissions, Software, service pack installation. Should have knowledge on installing Windows OS 3. Cluster-Working knowledge on Clusters, NLBs, installation & basic troubleshooting 4. Active Directory - Good knowledge on FSMO Roles, Site & Subnets 5. Technical understanding of ADFS, FRS, Global Catalog Server, AD Group Policy, AD Disaster Recovery, Backup & Restore. Technical understanding of AD tools and resource kit tools. Should have working knowledge on Designing AD Architecture and configure Active directory and ADFS Servers. Should have working knowledge on defining migration process for AD migrations 6. Hyper V / VmWare- Excellent working knowledge on Architecting Hyper-V Server / VmWare server virtualization for larger environments & consolidation of physical server to virtual.Working knowledge on MAP Tool Assessment for identification of virtualization candidates .Working knowledge on Design and Build Hyper-V with High availability and failover capabilities for Enterprise customers (HA, PRO, Live Migration and Quick Migration) and VmWare platform.Working knowledge on Integration & Managing VMware Infrastructure using SCVMM 7. Private Cloud- a) Working knowledge of Design and Deploy of on-premise IAAS Private Cloud using Microsoft System Center suite. Working knowledge of Private Cloud Roadmap recommendation and Transformation to Private Cloud. Knowledge on MAP Tool Assessment for Identifying Virtualization Candidates. b) Knowledge on Virtualized Server Infrastructure Management using SCVMM and Virtualized Server Infrastructure Monitoring using SCOM c) Self Service Provisioning / On-Premise Basic IAAS Private Cloud d) Working knowledge on P-V Migration, VMware Management using SCVMM, Service Management using SCSM, Workflow Orchestration using Orchestrator 8. SCCM- a) Excellent Working knowledge on Solution Design and Deployment of ConfigMgr 2012 Infrastructure. Knowledge on High availability of SCCM Roles 20 using Network Load Balancing, SQL Clustering for ConfigMgr 2012 Database, ConfigMgr 2012 Client installation. b) Working knowledge on ConfigMgr 2012 features configuration for: c) Windows Patch Deployment & Management, Software Application Distribution, Hardware, Software Inventory & Asset Intelligence, Desired Configuration Manager / Compliance Settings, Remote Tools, Software Metering, Operating System Deployment, Network Access Protection d) Out of band Management, Branch Distribution Point, Internet based client management (IBCM), Power management, Enhanced Reporting e) Endpoint Protection (SCEP 2012), Scripting & Reports Customization 9. SCOM- a) Excellent Working knowledge of Architecture Design and Deployment of SCOM 2012, Configuration of Active Directory, Windows Base OS, Exchange, IIS, SQL, and Windows Clustering, OCS, Lync & SQL Management Pack etc.Knowledge on Customized Reporting and Alerting b) Service Oriented Monitoring, Client Monitoring & Power Monitoring c) Working knowledge of Installation and configuration of Audit Collection Services (ACS) Server d) High availability, Configuring E-mail Notifications and Role-based security, Configuring certificates based authentication for monitoring workgroup systems, Configuring Monitoring for Cross Platform Computers 10.
