Sales Officer Jobs DescriptionA sales officer will have to interface with customers and prospects in order to support a systematic identification of their needs. A sales officer will have to develop a proactive and advisory-driven distribution of the full range products which the company offers. A sales officer will also have to take promotional activities by organizing road shows for new product launch or reactivating the marketing of existing products. A sales officer will also have to arrange, support, and participate in client calls and help them in identifying the product of their needs. Offering support to marketing department and having to take initiatives to support systematic and disciplined distribution of the product has to be seen by the candidate for this post. A sales officer will be accountable for doing sales analysis, arranging meetings with customers and do necessary survey as and when the company demands.A bachelors degree holder from any stream and having certified degree in sales is minimum qualification required for the post of sales officer. The post of sales officer needs a minimum of five years of experience in proven target sales activities.
