Being able to juggle it all is crucial to the job Out of box thinking: Use initiative and demonstrate creativity in solving problems for Genpact customers Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.
  • Bachelor degree in Finance-Accounting with relevant accounting experience
  • Good Excel working knowledge, experience working with ERPs, Oracle, SAP, Blackline Rec Tool
  • Practical working experience on Cash, Fixed Assets, Intercompany accounting and Reconciliations
  • Comfortable working with numbers, have the capacity to perform individual checks and correlations
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and writing
  • Perseverant and focused on closing open items through follow up and structured tracking
  • Willing to work in any Shifts
Qualifications Minimum qualifications B.Com degree Preferred qualifications Candidates with CA Inter degree & experience in General Ledger Good communication skills Strong SME knowledge of accounting concepts Shift US Shift,
