Will have to work in shifts at times.Interviews are scheduled around 25th July and the positionsare expected to be closed by end-July / mid-August.We have the following vacancy:Job Profile Process Safety Leads: Process Safety Lead shall be responsible for conducting Process Safety Audits / Process Hazard Analysis / HAZOP / Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews related to existing Plants & Process; conducting these for new gases/mixtures/products or any other new plant/application coming from R&D. Deliverables also include conducting Root cause analysis for Process safety events, review of Audit Finding Closure; Implementation of Directives & Alerts; Review of Engineering Changes per management of change process and auditing MOCs for their closures; Driving Mechanical Integrity program across locations and ensuring timely compliance Conducting Risk Analysis and other Process Safety Related jobs for Air Separation Plants, Hydrogen Plants, CO2 Plant, Specialty Gas plants etc. and training & development in process safety awareness across the region. Driving the reporting of process safety events across locations, analyzing reports and driving action plan from this analysis.Candidate Profile:B .Tech/ B.E.(Mechanical / Chemical) with 2 to 8 years experience in continuous process plants and hands-on experience of production & maintenance activities in continuous process plant, preferably in Air Separation Plant and Hydrogen Plant in last 2 3 years in a similar role. Additional qualification Diploma in Safety. Persons qualified for conducting HAZOP/LOPA, knowledgeable / involvement in 14 elements of process safety and having experience in chemical plant safety dept will be preferred.The incumbent for the above position needs to have following functional skill sets
