We are excited for the future and the opportunity to work with you in these areas to exceed Client is a Leading US MNC Roles and Responsibility : Deliver product and process training for New Hires for Chargeback Keep up- to- date product / process knowledge. Attend TTT conducted by clients. Design training curriculum using inputs from Operations & Quality. Responsible to maintain floor knowledge Training Administration & Reporting Maintain MIS related to all training batches. Ensure ID creation, transport roster is taken care of with no impact to training timelines and batch Participate in Calibration sessions with Qas and Clients Adherence to training guidelines and documents Refresher training & TNI Conduct PKT and process refreshers on the floor based on the feedback received from Quality / Ops / Clients Conduct refreshers basis TNA , publish and execute for 100% closure every month Accountability for 0 - 30 days batch performance. 1- 2 years of relevant work experience Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and team handling skills. Work situations requiring an ability to manage multiple and concurrent responsibilities. Work under pressure maintaining quality of the work. Quick study with an ability to easily assimilate new ideas, concepts, methods and technology. Create and update training content as and when required Graduates with 1 - 2 years of work experience in CHARGEBACK Desired Candidate : Prior experience as Process Trainer / delivering training for floor teams Working knowledge of basic excel and powerpoint Experience working in a BPO Please update / fill the details referred here in above.,
