Key Responsibilities:
Drive the product direction for VMC on Dell EMC working closely with customers, product marketing, sales, support and cross-functional PMs
Drive APIs that enable cloud services, 3rd party product integration (VxRail Manager), and Dimension specific Features and Functionalities.
Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each feature set
Work side-by-side with engineering, design, and program management in a fast-paced environment to deliver products to market
Work closely with Product Marketing to define the go-to-market planBe the Go to person and guide the team for any technical issues and resolve the blockers.
Professional Qualifications
Hands on technical manager with good knowledge on Java and python Programming.
The ideal candidate would have a basic level understanding of Public Cloud Infrastructure Network Architecture, Network Design, Virtualization, Application Management and Security
Knowledge of VMwares full Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) stack
Knowledge of VMwares multi-cloud vision and strategy
Experience working with modern software development methodologies, supporting DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline efforts, as well as infrastructure design and development
Qualifications:
Exceptional leadership skills to influence and drive multiple teams toward a common vision and roadmap
Strong analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and presentation skills
8+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years hands on driving Development activities.
Demonstrated experience creating product specifications, performing competitive analysis and/or market research BS or MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience desired
B.E/Btech/B.S./M.S/Mtech . deg From a reputed University
