    • Work closely with Product Management to set priorities for IN Carta image analysis application, ImageXpress Pico, ImageXpress Nano, ImageXpress Micro Confocal, ImageXpress Micro Confocal HT.ai
    • Prioritize feature development to regularly demonstrate value while building toward a minimum viable release and ultimately the final product
    • Translate business requirements into technical requirements in the form of User Stories. Test, pre-validate and accept user stories based on acceptance criteria
    • Generate wireframes and high fidelity mock-ups using Miro, MSPPP, Adobe XD. Provide clear and detailed acceptance criteria that can be used to generated automated test cases
    • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
    • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
    • Collaborate with architect and technical leads to ensure an overall scalable software architecture. Balance new feature development and bug fixing to ensure regularly scheduled releases are delivered with quality and on time
    • Communicate realistic timelines to stakeholders based on the team s size estimates for a given feature
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • In depth knowledge of complex biological assays and bioimage analysis pipelines
    • 3+ years experience as a Product Owner
    • MS or PhD in Bio-Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Biology or similar relevant scientific field
    • Experience with quantitative image analysis. Proficient in MATLAB, ImageJ, Orange, Camtasia, MiroBoard, Rally, Jira
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile SCRUM process and principles
    • Experience working on software products with a high amount of user interactivity. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
    • Collaborate with architect and technical leads to ensure an overall scalable software architecture
    • Balance new feature development and bug fixing to ensure regularly scheduled releases are delivered with quality and on time
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous working experience as a Product Owner for a minimum of 3 year(s)
    • MS or PhD in Bio-Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Biology or similar relevant scientific field
    • Experience with quantitative image analysis
    • Proficient in MATLAB, ImageJ, Orange, Camtasia, MiroBoard, Rally, Jira
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile SCRUM process and principles
    • Experience working on software products with a high amount of user interactivity
    • Experience working on software products that perform quantitative data analysis
