Job Description

The incumbent for this position is responsible for overall achievement of Ferrite production with defined quality standard.This position demands continuous review of performance of different department. The incumbent for this position is alsoresponsible for cost reduction.Specific Duties:1. Achieving business performance result through production target achievement (Finished product) with qualitystandard.2. Monitoring performance of different department (Powder, PRESS, SINTERING, FINISHING).3. Capacity Enhancement: Plan and achieve the capacity improvement target based on Capex and Improvementplans.4. Planning, Monitoring && Controlling of Indirect material cost.5. Controlling of Scrap through daily monitoring && initiating action based on CFT decision.6. Control of WIP in different stages of Production process7. Maintain overall discipline && safety in the plant.8. Maintain productivity9. Ensure effective utilization of Plant && Machinary
