Job Title: Senior Analyst (Production Agent L2) Skill Set: Argus Automation Organizational Relationship: B1 level, Team Leader level not role (IC role as per Ops business discussion) Line of business: Medical Devices & Pharma Services Work timings: 24/ 7 rotational (night shifts will prevail) Work Location: Kolkata Department: Wipro DOP Hierarchy in Wipro: Associate (AA) Team Leader (B1) Group Leader (B2) Senior Group Leader (B3) Manager (C1) Senior Manager (C2) Position Purpose: Carry out stress testing, performance testing, functional testing and scalability testing/ To verify the cases processed by the case processor in the database. Primary Responsibilities: Testing: Create the goals, plans and objectives for our automated and manual testing strategy Research, recommend and establish best practices in manual and automated testing to encourage well documented and reproducible testing results. Lead continuous automation and process improvements to provide improved quality assurance and reduction in testing cycle time. Work with software engineers to assist in improving development practices to meet quality standards Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation; e.g., data-driven testing. Update test execution status following agreed-upon processes as part of regularly scheduled test status updates. Trace test cases and results back to specific quality risks. Testing of cases in Tool (SMARTANCE) Creating dummy cases/source documents as per case scenarios Redacting source documents Sharing observations of cases with Supervisor/Automation team Job Description Domain: Data verification in the Argus tabs with respect to the source document. Verification of coding in different Argus tabs (e.g., medical history, lab data, suspect product, concomitant medication and adverse events). Evaluation/Amendment of narrative in the analysis tab. HCP/Non HCP follow up activity, other company notification, follow up activity with other company and product complaint verification. Case Closure activity. Documentation in contact log. Routing of cases to next workflow as appropriate. Feedback to the case assessor regarding the errors identified in the case.
