Proposed Position: Project Coordinate and Office administration Duties/ Responsibilities: Overall Accounts/ Administration & HR activities Other Responsibilities: Coordinate with HR HO to update and maintain all HR activities/ records etc.; Organize office administration, operations and procedures; Raising Bills/ Invoices of all projects in consultation with Project Team Leaders and following up till realization of payment; Maintaining up to date project schedule/ project MIS/ project Budget etc., as required by HO and ensuring timely submission of the same; Liaise with facility management vendors, including housekeeping, security services, equipment maintenance, etc.; Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment (Hardware/ Software); Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers etc.; Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting/ delivery; Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment; Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs; Assist in the on boarding process for new employee; Taking care of all Sanction (Statutory Approval towards Projects) related jobs;Required Candidate profileCandidate should be BE civil of Diploma in Civil.
