Responsibilities Manage entire project development life cycle Define project scope , goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders Develop full - scale project plans and associated communications documents. Plan and schedule project time lines and milestones using appropriate tools Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Estimate resource requirements needed to achieve project goals. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Contributing in pre - sales activities Analyze the functional and ancillary requirements of a project Develop required materials including system requirement specifications , project and resource plans , project status reports , and presentation materials Lead and coordinate software design , development , and testing teams Coordinate and track project deliverables from multiple teams by defining , implementing , and updating a project reporting process Liaison and contract negotiation with outside organizations who will be partners or customers to reach contractual agreement on scope , schedule , deliverables , intellectual property considerations , and financial compensation Risk assessment and reporting Provide expert functional and technical leadership to development teams Requirements 5 years relevant experience in analysis , design and development of web and / or mobile based business solutions using Microsoft tools and technologies Fortune 500 Customers Over 300 employees globally Singapore , India , UK , USA ,
