Position Summary:
The QA Audit and Incident Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality of the batch data delivery process within the Implementation and Delivery Team. This will be done by performing audits of the process, identifying gaps and driving the completion of action items resulting of the audit. This candidate will also be tasked as primary point of contact for client delivery issues within the department by coordinating recovery efforts including vetting of allowable mitigation with compliance if policy issues are involved, performing a formal root cause analysis process, responding to sales and client (to include direct interface when necessary), as well as managing all improvements resulting from the analysis process.
