Job Description

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills:

  • Ability to lead change across the organisation and within the GFS, both on systems and processes
  • Ability to understand resource requirements to match support activities
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, documentation, project quality standards and relevant reporting requirements.
  • Experience of working in fast paced, results driven role within complex organisation.
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Lead projects with a focus on agile and lean methodologies to drive process improvements and automation.
Essential
  • 4+ years of experience in PM
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
  • Lean qualification minimum green belt.
  • Experience of working in a multinational / global organisation
  • Senior stakeholder exposure
  • Experienced in handling sensitive issues/ situations and cultural differences
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
