Role Objective:1) The position collaborates with center heads and functional embryology heads in HO to conduct and maintain records regarding internal audit and ensure all compliances as and when set by IIHPL. 2) QA/QC auditor teams up with the center team to determine approaches on matters regarding the process, people, training and equipment at IIHPL labs to ensure that lab works with set standards and compliances with accuracy as per IIHPL policies. 3) In-house Audit of the Embryology department and other areas as suggested by functional heads.4) Engage in defining the scope of the audit, co-ordination with lab teams, follow up on audits, providing data to heads as and when required, checking report and providing a response on queries raised in draft reports, discussion on final reports with heads and finalizing action to be taken as a response after the final report. 5) Identify inconsistency to SOP and ensure action.6) Should be aware of equipments used in embryology labs and help team troubleshoot them in case of breakdown. 7) Get engaged with the Embryology team, Center head and doctors of concerned center while on audit for appropriate troubleshooting. 8) To drive the team to the correct and timely closure of audit reports and maintains correct documentation and accurate presentation of data.9) Develop the teams capabilities and keep updated with the latest trends and amendments in different compliance s regarding ART rules.10) Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit s results and document processes.11) To work with functional heads and line managers to build robust processes and implement policies that help to improvise success and benchmarks of labs with best practices in IIHPL labs.12) Re-audit if required.13) To perform monthly analysis of success reviews for the given centers in his region and analyze it. On the basis of its analysis, drafting and implementing plan to improvise the lab work with regards to all 4 areas viz. the process, people, training and equipment to improvise results.14) To ensure KPI s of labs are always above competency rates and benchmarks as set by IIHPL15) Get involved in lab setups to ensure quality assurance for new labs.16) To guide lab team and ensure compliances and requirements for accreditation.17) Maintain open communication with all internal interfaces.Functional Skillset required:
