PROFILE NAME: POSITION: Receptionist cum Data Entry Operator Experience: minimum 2 years Place of Posting ----- Kolkata QUALIFICATION: Graduation The Duties of Reception cum Data Entry operator (Female) Answering telephones, Greeting patients, updating and filing patients medical records, scheduling appointments, arranging for coordination with admission and record storage (Data entry). Essential Qualification Applicants must be excellent in English. Must be neat and have a courteous, pleasant manner. Must be able to put patients at ease and explain physicians instructions. Well versed with Computer Presentations and documentation with a speed of 20-25 wpm Knowledge of Biological Terms is an added advantage Willing to work for long hours as required Must be close to the Clinic to travel to and fro Coordinate with various departments for Heads requirement.
