Job Description

    Head - New Product Development/Innovation - Private Brands - FMCG/ Ecommerce - Private LabelQUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:- MBA from Tier 1 institute, preferably in a Marketing - 10+ years- work experience in Marketing & New Product Development//Innovation with Top Notch FMCG-Private Brands/ Ecommerce - Private LabelProven ability in:- Leveraging consumer insights- Understanding & developing financials- Developing consumer driven strategy- Developing & managing all elements of the marketing mix- Innovation delivery- Delivering successful projects by leading a cross-functional team- Influencing peers and executive level in both a local & global context- Conduct regular market insights to understand the customer needs, identify gaps, opportunities and feed into the Innovation funnel- Category Insights, Idea generation and converting them into NPD roadmaps- Build customer & consumer insights through various interactions- End to end responsibility for NPD projects - Product, packaging development, pricing and preparing business cases- Conduct market assessments & Feasibility Studies for new projects- Develop Product briefs with Research & Development teams and cross function teams- Responsible for Market Validations of NPD projects- Develop Launch Plans including communication development for New Products- Lead the Product launches and post-launch reviews- The Opportunity space is large and diverse, as well as attractive & Challenging.- This Role will require Strong Strategic Skills, as it will lead the thinking on Overall Strategy, Business Model, right financials and Trademark Strategy for Participation across the various geographies & categories within India- A key part of this role is to also ensure the use of creative excellence, disciplined project leadership and management in crafting new opportunities from multiple start points.This job opening was posted long time back.
