Job Description

    Regional Head - East- One of the fastest growing Automotive Lubricant companies is looking for a seasoned FMCG sales & distribution professional to head operations for East India . - The incumbent would be responsible to driving a healthy top line and bottom line growth for the region. He/she would lead a competent and large team of sales , marketing , and service professionals. Key responsibilities shall include :- Complete sales and distribution responsibility for the Eastern region including part of UP.- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.- Design & implement the Channel Sales Strategy with specific focus in the Metro & Rural markets, RTM, new Product categories.- Achieve & drive agreed sales volumes, collections and profitability for the regions with focus on Primary & Secondary Sales.- Guide & motivate the sales team to deliver the results & improve the effectiveness of Channel Management.- Ensure strong, sustainable & energetic sales team at all levels.- We invite applications from BE, MBAs with 12- 15 years of post qualification experience .- Should have experience in sales /business development in large distribution oriented FMCG organisations across geographies in India.- Experience as business head/SBU head/ Regional head with complete P&L responsibility would be preferred.- Must have led cross functional teams - sales, marketing, commercial in an FMCG/ Lubricants/Tyres/Paints.- Must be willing to get his hands dirty and lead by example.Interested professionals may apply ASAP.,
