To drive the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the retail and rural market while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures It is a business management role covering business deliverables, collections, people, process, market development & manufacturer relationship This role would be responsible for driving the overall P&L for the region (Revenue, Assets, Collection Key Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities Manage sales channels and design periodical incentive schemes for the regional sales team Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales Functional Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies and meet regional sales targets by conducting sales / promotion activities Monitor market intelligence and developments by conducting field visits and meeting dealers Oversee the DSAs, DSTs and other sales teams in all aspects (achieving target, attitude, discipline, compliance, product knowledge of the company & competitors) Oversee collection efforts for the region and manage the loss line Act as a direct link with the customers; especially the key accounts in the region Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and interaction with credit team regarding customer applications Manage relationship with manufacturers; participate in periodic reviews Drive promotional activities by forming partnerships with Dealers and OEMs Job Requirements Qualifications Graduate Experience 12 - 15 years of experience in handling sales & distribution (Preferably in Two Wheeler, Used Cars) Functional Competencies Industry insights & knowledge of regulations around financing Experience across more than one state Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills Behavioral Competencies Strategic and analytical thinking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving and decision-making skills People Management skills,
