Job Summary:We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing relationships with clients, and providing comprehensive product/service consultations. You will also be expected to identify new market opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue.Responsibilities:
• Exceed targets for new sales, referrals, and renewals
• Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
• Achieve sales targets by taking proactive steps, including team collaboration and resource allocation
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of status and appointments in the system
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining quality services and adhering to standard operating procedures
• Monitor and evaluate daily/weekly/monthly sales performance
• Timely attend service appointments
• Carry out inside sales activities for the entire product range at a national level
• Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide them in the decision-making process
• Follow up on a daily basis to keep track of active leads and ensure closure
• Provide economic research summaries to support product management and field sales training.Min 6 months experience in CASA, insurance, Dmat, SIP, credit cards as sales personGraduate/ MBA with minimum 6 Months of experience /fresher can also apply
