Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regularengagement with partner branch staff. Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads. Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities - DSR & LMS input. Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines. Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business. Ensure timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adversecustomer experience.Qualifications:Masters or Bachelor degree.Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets: Should be presentable with good communication skills. Should be good at relationship building/management. Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills. Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products. Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.Work Experience:Six month to four years experience in, Broking channel within Life Insurance Company or directsales vertical.Note: Role will involve travelling, hence candidates with two wheeler preferred.
