  • Balanced performance across all products is expected
  • New Sales Revenue/Portfolio(AUM ) growth as per targets rolled out on Quarterly basis
  • Net Client Growth To Source 2 Qualified NTB customers per month (qualifying under the OPAC/ NTB thresholds)
  • Portfolio Increment -Growth of ETB book and NTB book on MOM basis.
  • CEMS- Conversion of 30 CEMS leads per quarter by giving customers cross sell products or CA growth and also contact ratio should be minimum of 90%
  • FX and Trade To achieve NFI income as per the targets rolled out on Quarterly basis
  • Wealth To source Wealth products i.e. Investment and Insurance though referral via channel partners.
  • OPAC 6 CA accounts every quarter
  • Improvement in Straight to bank penetration and 5 clients on Digital parameters
  • Improvement in client retention
  • Certifications are completed as per AMFI and IRDA.
  • To ensure that there is no pending E- learning in a quarter
As per agreed standards.
  • Ensure KYC Norms are adhered to
  • Main Assessment by RH/TL
