Job Description

Please find the JD given below:

  • Administrating ATS, Demand Systems and report creation
  • Responsible for data audits and preparing analysis
  • Responsible for preparing high end dashboards
  • Perform audits and share results with the OBP
  • Managing L1 issues and escalations and should be able to provide solutions
  • Attending client calls and conduct meaningful discussions
  • Responsible to adhere to TAT / SLA set for the process
  • Responsible to adhere to SOP
  • Responsible for tracking exceptions and highlighting issues to the Team Lead
The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS),Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization,
