Job Description

    Role Profile Evaluator Role Definition The individual needs to conduct assessments and also coordinatedelivery/reporting for internal and/or external customers via Phone,Email and Chat. Roles and Responsibilities Handling new hire and training batch assessments Enacting customer role playsduring the assessments Assessing trainees on their responses to the different customer centriccues like Empathy, Ownership, Culture and Customer Handling Assessing trainees on Pronunciation& Grammar, Fluency, Speech Clarity, Professionalism etc. Assessing trainees on different parts ofa mock call like Call Protocol, Hold Procedure etc. Showcase a high level of integrity asassessments are directly responsible for candidate selection Maintaining the secrecy of processrelated confidential data Conducting fair assessments. Assisting in updating of assessmentapplicants, creation of new scenarios where required Assisting inreporting out TNI data from assessments Certifications and Assessments Education Any Graduate Knowledge Must Have In-depth knowledge on both verbal andwritten communication Goodknowledge of MS Office Good to have Certification in Language,Communication Training or SME role Experience Must Have Ability to work in a dynamic, challengingenvironment and multiple competing deadlines Good to have Voice and accent,soft skill training,communication coaches etc. experience is preferred but not required Behavioral Skills and Attributes Individual needs to demonstrate excellent Interpersonal skills. Open to late/rotational shifts as per assessment/training batch timerequirements Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging environmentand multiple cometing deadlines Quality consciousness & Timemanagement - working within timelines 2-3 years of experience inthe BPO industry preferred,
