        • Key Responsibilities : 1: Document translation From English to French and vice versa, interpretation in KT calls 2: Understanding client requirements 3: Must have : Minimum A2 in French ; able to communicate well with onshore leads in French and English ; French experience 3 yrs ; Overall experience in IT 10 12 yrs ; 4: Nice to have : Experience in project mgmt or service delivery or cut over mgmt
        • Technical Experience : 1: Must have minimum A2/B1 diploma in French language 2: Must have knowledge of basic technical terms 3: Must be familiar with translation tools
        • Professional Attributes : A: Good communication skills and other soft skills
        • Educational Qualification : A: Minimum 15 years of full time education
