Job Description

Urgent requirement for Marketing Executive(Male)Location : Rajarhat,MadhyamgramRight Fit

  • - Someone who has experience is sales.
  • - Someone from Real Estate is preferable.
  • - Someone with good communication skills, sales skill and sales aptitude is needed.
Key Responsibilities -
  • The Sales Associate will be here be provided leads, they would have to provide further options to the tenants, would be visiting the sites along with the tenants, help in negotiating the rates with the builders, also would be accompanied by the sales manager.
    • Follow up on existing clients
    • Gathering customer and market information
    • Accompany clients during site visits
    • Prompt response to client queries regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs
    • Prepare & execute presentations
    • Follow-up customer accounts
    • Follow-up collections
    • Prepare sales reports
    • Handle customer service
    • Developing and maintaining of database in system & Regular Reporting & Follow-ups
    • Negotiate with customer over the price & closing the deal
    • Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed targets
    • Candidate should be an energetic professional with an aptitude for selling
    • Timely reporting on site visits and sales performance to management
    • Responsibilities of updating the flat availability list once the booking form received
